Do Nanoleaf products require a hub?
Most of our products connect directly via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and do not require a proprietary hub, though a Thread Border Router is recommended for the best experience with Essentials products.

Are the light panels compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
Nanoleaf light panels currently support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Please ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal during the setup process.
